Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Luxury Tours Switzerland (“we,” “our,” “us”). By making a booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.


1. Bookings & Confirmation

All services offered, including tours, experiences, transfers, or related services (collectively “Services”), are subject to availability. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us by email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any booking if the requested Service is unavailable, incorrect pricing or information has been published, required information has not been provided, or the booking cannot be reasonably fulfilled. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking, and we are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.

Each booking results in a binding agreement incorporating these Terms between you and Luxury Tours Switzerland. Resale of bookings or rights to Services for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written permission.


2. Changes to Services

We may modify routes, schedules, prices, guides, inclusions, or itineraries where operational, safety, or external circumstances require it. Minor changes to guides, vehicles, timings, weather conditions, or access to third-party locations do not constitute a breach of contract. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain arrangements as advertised, we cannot guarantee specific guides, vehicles, timings, weather conditions, or access to third-party locations unless explicitly stated in writing.


3. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change before confirmation. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional costs, such as third-party tickets, meals, gratuities, or personal expenses, are not included unless explicitly specified.

Payments can be made via Stripe, Flywire, Wise, or bank transfer, and completion of payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms. Payment disputes may be handled via the payment provider in accordance with their standard terms. We do not store credit card details on our servers.


4. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but transferable, and they must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.


5. Participation & Responsibilities

Participation in our Services is voluntary and at your own risk. You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, mobility issues, or other special requirements.

Participants are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point, following instructions from guides or staff, safeguarding personal belongings, and bringing any items specified in the booking confirmation, including adhering to any dress codes. Participants must be physically fit and prepared for the activity.

Children must be accompanied by responsible adults and cannot participate alone or without supervision. Adequate travel and medical insurance is your responsibility, and we strongly recommend securing coverage. Late arrivals, no-shows, or partially used services are not eligible for a refund.


6. Conduct & Safety

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, suppliers, other participants, and the public. We reserve the right to terminate participation without refund if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate removal from Services without compensation.


7. Third-Party Services

Some Services involve third-party providers, including hotels, transport, helicopters, restaurants, and event organizers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of these providers. Any third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions, which may differ from ours.


8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest

Guests may cancel up to 14 days in advance without charges. Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance incur 50% of the total amount, while cancellations up to 3 days in advance incur 75% of the total amount. No-shows are charged 100% of the total amount.

Tickets for external operators may be non-refundable, and hotels have their own cancellation policies. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@luxurytoursswitzerland.com.

Cancellation by Luxury Tours Switzerland

We may cancel a Service if participation is unsafe, operational issues arise, or a participant behaves inappropriately. In such cases, participants may be rebooked at the earliest available time, or issued a refund or credit voucher, subject to any third-party costs.

Illness or Inability to Participate

If a participant falls ill or is unable to continue, we may attempt alternative arrangements, but are under no obligation to provide a refund. Guests should make claims through their travel insurance.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase adequate travel insurance covering cancellations, illness, inability to travel or continue the Service, loss or damage to personal effects, medical, evacuation, repatriation expenses, and accidental death or disability. We are not responsible for verifying insurance policies.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for injury, illness, death, loss, or delays except as legally required. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Service. We are not responsible for medical conditions, food allergies, or travel insurance coverage. We are also not liable for actions, defaults, or negligence of third-party providers.


10. Indemnity

Guests indemnify Luxury Tours Switzerland, its employees, suppliers, and agents from all claims, losses, or costs arising from bookings, participation, or misconduct. Agents making bookings on our behalf indemnify us for any misrepresentation or negligence.


11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, and materials remain our intellectual property. No material may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.


12. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during Services for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the Service.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.


14. Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Luxury Tours Switzerland. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and the version in effect at the time of booking applies.
