The experience starts with access to the Platinum Lounge at Grindelwald Terminal, where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks as you prepare for your ascent.

From there, board the VIP gondola ride – known as the Eiger Express – which offers stunning views as you travel up to the summit (made even better with a bottle of champagne)! At the top, you’ll enjoy panoramic vistas of the Swiss Alps, with snow-capped peaks stretching as far as the eye can see. To elevate the experience further, you’ll enjoy exclusive hire of the Ice Bar for 45 minutes.

Afternoon

Lunch is reserved at the Crystal Restaurant at Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, where refined Swiss cuisine is served above the clouds. After you’ve eaten and taken in the breathtaking views, enjoy a completely private chocolate-making session at the highest chocolatier in Europe.

The atelier opens exclusively for you, with no other guests present. It’s a hands-on experience that is a perfect blend of Swiss tradition and craftsmanship. As you craft your own Swiss chocolates, you’ll learn the secrets behind one of Switzerland’s most famous exports.

Evening
Return to Interlaken for the evening. You’ll have time to relax and reflect on your first day in Switzerland, perhaps enjoying a leisurely dinner in one of the town’s finest restaurants.

Day 2
Grindelwald Adventure & Lauterbrunnen

Morning
Start your day in Grindelwald, where those who have a taste for adrenaline will enjoy an exclusive tobogganing and ziplining adventure before the crowds arrive. These VIP experiences are reserved for you, providing a thrilling start to the day with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Afternoon
After your high-adrenaline activities, take a private village walk through Grindelwald, stopping at a charming bakery to sample local treats. From Grindelwald, continue to the Valley of 72 Waterfalls and board the steepest cable car in the world to Mürren. Here, you’ll enjoy lunch with views of the iconic Jungfrau, Eiger, and Mönch mountains.

Evening
The adventure continues with a paragliding experience over the stunning Lauterbrunnen valley. Drift gently through the air, taking in views of waterfalls, alpine meadows, and peaks. After your adrenaline-fueled afternoon, return to Interlaken with a private transfer for a well-deserved evening at leisure.

Day 3
Woodcraft Tradition & Lake Thun Sunset

Today begins with something deeply rooted in Bernese Oberland heritage: a private wood art workshop led by a master craftsman. This regional tradition has been passed down through generations, and in this intimate setting, you’ll learn techniques, tools, and stories behind the craft. It’s hands-on, personal, and authentically Swiss.

Afternoon
Afterwards, return to your hotel for a dedicated wellness afternoon. A reserved spa experience includes massage treatments, access to relaxation areas, and time to simply pause.

Evening
As golden hour approaches, step aboard a private yacht on Lake Thun. With Swiss cheese and curated local wines served on deck, you’ll glide across calm waters as the sun sets behind the surrounding peaks. It’s quiet, elegant, and deeply atmospheric.

My family visited Switzerland for ten days and had an unforgettable trip. I dealt primarily with Jana but also received assistance from Joshua and Fabienne. We had an idea of certain places we wanted to see but also received invaluable guidance on beautiful places and hidden gems.

Starting with a tour of Old Town Zurich, we went on to enjoy Appenzell, Lucerne, Mt Titlis, Jungfraujoch, Gimmelwald, the Schilthorn, Interlaken, the Goldenpass Express, Thun and Bern.

Our guides Bruno and Elia were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They ensured we saw as much as possible at our preferred pace.

They also provided excellent lodging and dining recommendations, and the drivers were professional and safe. We never had to think about logistics. I can’t recommend Luxury Tours Switzerland enough.

We had the good fortune of selecting Luxury Tours Switzerland for our two-week visit to Switzerland. Our first communications with Joshua, Jana and Fabienne set the stage for an impeccably curated trip. We collaborated with the team to develop a customized trip.

The itinerary was prepared with amazing detail and provided on a great app.

The most impactful element of our holiday was our tour guide Manuel. He took us to places we would have never seen on our own and prepared delicious snacks daily. Manuel’s love and enthusiasm for his country made him an incredible ambassador and a pleasure to travel with.
