Our goal was to see as much as possible in 6 days while maintaining an unhurried approach. From the first contact, our experience was detailed perfection. Marc and his team managed everything from airport pickup to hotel and restaurant recommendations.
We hoped to relax and not worry about anything — this expectation was exceeded. The team clearly listened to our preferences.
Our main stops included Zurich, Appenzell, Liechtenstein, Lake Lucerne, Interlaken, Thun, Zermatt, and the vineyards around Montreux.
The best element of our time was our top-tier guide, Manuel. His personality, knowledge, energy, and pride in his country were exceptional.

Story
The story of Luxury Tours Switzerland is one rooted in a deep love for the natural beauty of Switzerland and a desire to share it with the world. It all began with Marc and his good friend Joshua, two Swiss locals passionate about their homeland and keen to offer a fresh, authentic way to explore it.
Initially, they set out with a rather unexpected project – creating unique wooden lamps that brought a piece of nature into people’s homes. They ventured into the mountains one morning, carrying their first prototype lamp and a heavy power bank, hoping to capture an awe-inspiring image of the lamp with a breathtaking Swiss panorama at sunrise.
But something surprising happened: people weren’t captivated by the lamp. They were captivated by the view, the quiet beauty, and the feeling of the place. They kept asking where it was and whether they could visit.
From this feedback, Marc and Joshua realised they were sitting on something much more valuable than a lamp – they were sitting on Switzerland’s hidden gems, places away from the crowds, and the secret corners where the soul of Switzerland truly shines.
This became the turning point for their startup, and they pivoted from making lamps to creating private tours in Switzerland, offering guided journeys to the unspoiled treasures of the country.
Today, Marc and Joshua lead a team of highly educated guides and passionate Swiss travel designers eager to share the real Switzerland with you – places that often feel like Switzerland’s best-kept secrets. It’s a journey that’s not just about visiting Switzerland, but about experiencing it and learning its stories.
