Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

Luxury Tours Switzerland (“we,” “our,” “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with Swiss law, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you interact with our website or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways. First, information you provide voluntarily, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, date of birth, payment details (processed securely via Stripe, Flywire, Wise, or bank transfer), and any communications you send us through email, chat, or social media. Second, information collected automatically when you visit our website or use our services. This includes device data like type, operating system, settings, IP address, browser type and version, log data such as pages visited, time and date of visits, session duration, errors encountered, geolocation information if enabled, and analytics collected through cookies and tracking technologies. Finally, we may receive information from trusted third parties and combine it with our own data for research, marketing, or service improvement purposes.

2. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

For users located in the EU/EEA, we process personal information based on consent, performance of a contract to fulfill your requested services, legitimate interests such as improving services and operating efficiently, and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Purpose of Collecting Your Information

We use personal information to provide and manage our services, including tours, bookings, transfers, hotels, special activities, events, and restaurants. We also use information to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, process payments and refunds, conduct marketing and research, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations while protecting our rights.

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share information with our parent, subsidiary, or affiliate companies, third-party service providers including IT, hosting, analytics, and payment processors, as well as hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, event organizers, and other partners involved in your tour. We may also share information with legal authorities when required by law, with third-party marketing partners where consent applies, or with business purchasers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale. Payment disputes can be handled via the payment provider according to their terms; for Stripe, Flywire, and Wise, standard refund procedures apply in addition to our cancellation policy.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for guests accompanied by responsible adults. We do not knowingly collect information from unaccompanied children under the age of 13.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations. Once information is no longer required, we delete it securely or anonymize it to remove identifying details.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand website usage, prevent fraud, personalize content, and support marketing activities. You may decline cookies through your browser settings, though some services may not function fully if disabled. We also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

8. Security of Your Data

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information from loss, theft, or unauthorized access. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

Under EU/GDPR and Swiss law, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion with certain exceptions, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time.

For California residents, you have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to know which personal information we collect, disclose, or sell, the right to request deletion, and the right to request information shared with third parties for marketing purposes (“Shine the Light”). You are entitled to non-discrimination in pricing, quality, or access to services and can opt out of marketing and CCPA-permitted financial incentives.

For Australian residents, please note that certain disclosures may not be regulated under the Privacy Act, and third parties outside Australia may not be accountable under local law.

To exercise your rights, you may contact us at info@luxurytoursswitzerland.com.

10. International Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules, to protect your information.

11. Data from Third Parties

We may combine information you voluntarily provide with data from trusted third parties to enhance marketing, research, and service improvements.

12. Do Not Track

Our website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our business practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. All updates will be posted here with the revised effective date.
